Author Policies

These principles apply to authors submitting to any TSI-SORG journal. Each journal's site carries its own detailed author guidelines and policies.

  • Originality. Submit only work that has not been published and is not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Authorship. List all those, and only those, who made a substantial contribution. Every author must approve the submitted version. Generative AI tools cannot be authors, and their use must be declared.
  • Plagiarism. Manuscripts are checked for text similarity. Plagiarised work, including unattributed reuse of the authors' own publications, is not published.
  • Research ethics. Research involving people or animals must have the required approvals and consent, cited in the manuscript.
  • Conflicts of interest and funding. Declare all funding and any interest that could be seen to influence the work.
  • Data. State where the data supporting the article can be found.
  • Licence. Articles are published open access under CC BY 4.0. Authors may deposit them in repositories.
  • Appeals. Authors may appeal against a decision they believe rested on an error, by writing to publisher@stanfordgroup.org.
