Bio-QI publishes under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), so authors are free to self-archive their work without asking permission.

Suitable places include your institution's repository, a repository for your discipline, and general repositories such as Zenodo.
Conditions
- The original publication in Bio-QI must be clearly cited, with a link to it.
- No embargo period applies.
This policy is separate from the journal's Archiving Policy, which describes how the journal itself preserves its content.
